Finance Transformation Manager | Hyper-Growth Retail Business | Contract
Harmonic's delighted to be working exclusively with one of the UK's fastest Retail/Ecommerce businesses in their search for an Interim Finance Transformation Manager for an initial 6 month contract period with the high likelihood of becoming permanent in the future.
The Client
Our client has successfully scaled around 60% year-on-year for the last 7 years, they now have a headcount of circa 100 colleagues with a turnover of £60m. They have become a true outlier for their success within their niche product range.
Reporting directly into a CFO who has an excellent managerial track record. The working environment is sociable, friendly and dynamic. The team is passionate about the company values and committed to scaling the business.
They are now looking for a Finance Transformation Manager who is able to work closely with the Finance Director and CFO on a smooth integration and implementation process, whilst supporting around month-end and year-end.
Duties
- Act as the key internal systems expert, in particular with NetSuite
- Support with any implementation and integration processes
- Proactively engage on improving existing systems and driving efficiencies
- Lead on any potential further finance transformation projects
- Act as a key liaison facilitating the transfer of data and knowledge between departments (Merchandise/Finance/Operations)
- Provide support around year-end and month-end
- Ad hoc projects supporting the CFO
What we need to see (Essential experience):
- Excellent experience with NetSuite
- Strong background in Retail/Ecommerce/Stock
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Day Rate: £400-500 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
