I have new exciting opportunity to join a high-performing finance team, to lead their FP&A function and provide financial analysis on sector-leading projects and innovations!

Our client, a leading not-for-profit organization, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join them on a 15-month contract. In this senior finance role, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. The role requires travel to the London office once per week.

Key duties include:

  • Overseeing the annual budgeting and reforecasting cycles, working closely with budget holders
  • Producing insightful financial analysis and management reporting for the leadership team
  • Supporting the organisation's digital transformation initiatives through financial modelling and investment appraisal
  • Manage and develop the skills and capabilities of the finance business partner

  • A fully qualified accountant with strong financial planning skills

  • Not for profit experience is highly desired, but by no means essential
