The Position:
In this established role, pivotal to the Company's growth trajectory, the Partnership Manager will collaborate with the company's expansive network to foster sustained success. Reporting to the board, the FX Partnership manager role encompasses cultivating partner relationships, augmentation of referral numbers, assurance of exemplary service, and the generation of new business revenue under predefined targets.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners
• Elevate referral numbers from managed partners.
• Provide comprehensive training to partners to enhance the quantity and quality of referrals.
• Attain new business revenue targets through adept management of partner referrals.
• Facilitate seamless information transfer between teams for effective referral conversion.
