This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking broader responsibility than you'd find in a traditional managerial post. You'll be advising a diverse and international client base, mentoring junior team members, and playing a key role in business development.

- Deliver high-quality global mobility and employment tax advice to UK and international clients
- Draft advisory reports and support client meetings with the Tax Partners
- Manage and mentor junior staff and contribute to appraisals and professional development
- Oversee expatriate tax return processes and specialist payrolls
- Contribute actively to client pitches, presentations, and proposals
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and manage enquiry negotiations
- Bring commercial thinking to business development and internal efficiency initiatives
- ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of expatriate tax, social security, and payroll compliance
- Experience managing globally mobile employee tax planning
- Confident in handling direct client interaction and advisory delivery
- A proactive, collaborative, and commercially-minded approach
- Previous experience supervising or reviewing the work of others
- Ideally, experience working with both SME and multinational clients
