About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of management accounts, board packs, and audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operational Financial Management: Drive financial performance across luxury hospitality and catering operations, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management & Strategic Growth: Mitigate financial risks while supporting initiatives to expand the group's global presence.
Essential Requirements
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent within the luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, or high-end catering sectors.
