As the Finance Director, you will be the senior financial leader within the organisation, responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance. Reporting directly to the COO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of this world-class group.

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the group's mission to deliver exceptional luxury experiences.
• Corporate Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to international financial regulations, risk management frameworks, and ethical standards.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of management accounts, board packs, and audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operational Financial Management: Drive financial performance across luxury hospitality and catering operations, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Risk Management & Strategic Growth: Mitigate financial risks while supporting initiatives to expand the group's global presence.

• Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or equivalent within the luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, or high-end catering sectors.
• Strategic Expertise: Strong track record of developing and executing financial strategies in a multi-site, international environment.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on delivering results in high-pressure, high-expectation settings.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and financial reporting standards.
