Your new companyI am working with a growing London Law Firm who are looking for a Head of Finance to join the team. This is an innovative, forward-thinking business with a strong focus on investing in its people and making it a great place to work. This is a newly created role offering the chance for you to mould and shape the role into your own.
Your new roleReporting to the CFO, this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:
- Ownership for monthly MI and commentary
- Monitor KPI's and provide financial insights to support business performance
- Ownership of financial processes and controls across the firm
- Ownership of financial and statutory reporting
- Cashflow management
- Audit management
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders including banks/
What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant with a background in accounting practice preferred. You will have relevant industry experience within the legal or professional services sectors as well as a broad skill set capable of covering reporting, controls and analytical responsibilities. You will need strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities and a desire to innovate and drive change.
