Location: Hybrid (2 days in the London office)Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + monthly commission scheme

The Role

This role involves developing relationships with new HNW clients, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with insurers and the ability to hit the ground running. The role requires a confident, outgoing individual who can handle premiums up to and above £150k GWP.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HNW insurance, ideally in new business rather than existing.
  • Cert CII qualification is preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in dealing with high-value premiums and presenting well to clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
