Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner with a mix of management accounting and business partnering expertise? Can you support operational teams while ensuring financial accuracy and insight? This 18-month fixed-term contract will provide additional capacity to the finance team at a critical time. The role will be a key link between finance and operational teams, supporting month-end processes while also delivering financial insight to budget holders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and delivering management accounts to support month-end processes.
- Partnering with operational teams to provide financial insight and influence decision-making.
- Supporting financial management of technical housing areas such as property services, repairs and maintenance, rent, and service charges.

The successful candidate will benefit from a hybrid working model, with the flexibility to balance on-site and remote work (2 days in the office per week).
