Description
- Accurately calculate and implement service charges for all tenants.
- Ensure timely collection of service charge payments.
- Prepare annual service charge budgets and statements.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile service charge accounts.
- Resolve any service charge disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as necessary.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service charge processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Interim Service Charge Officer should have:
- A sound understanding of service charge legislation and best practices within the not-for-profit sector.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
