Lending Director Key Responsibilities
- Originate and develop a pipeline of high-quality property development loans
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and industry intermediaries
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance
- Set objectives and monitor the performance of direct reports, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Understand credit principles and terms, ensuring proposals align with company policies and lending criteria.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, expos, and on social media platforms
- Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities for innovative funding solutions.
The Lending Director Package
- Salary up to £130k (negotiable depending on experience).
