An Insolvency Manager position within a leading mid-market Advisory & Restructuring Practice offering career progression and involvement in a wide variety of interesting Insolvency and Restructuring cases.

THE COMPANY

A leading independent advisory firm with an extensive UK and International office network. The firm is renowned as a leading provider of Advisory solutions to SME and Mid-market Corporate businesses. The firms Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring business works alongside Accountants, major Law Practices, Private Equity houses and Lenders to resolve a wide range of business challenges in the SME and Mid-market space.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Manager you will be a key member of the Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring team with responsibility for managing a team of Junior and Senior Administrators and overseeing a portfolio of c.50 cases, typically large Liquidations (CVL's) and both trading and prepack Administrations.

The Insolvency & Restructuring team is expanding continually and now operates offices in all major UK cities and handles a wide variety of Formal Insolvency cases and Restructuring / Advisory projects involving SME, mid-market and large corporate businesses in addition to asset based lenders, funders and banks.

THE PERSON

You will be an Insolvency Professional working at Assistant Manager or Manager level and able to meet the following criteria:

  • Background within Corporate Insolvency - either Top Tier Practice or Independent Advisory Firm (c.5+ years)
  • Experience of Administrations and Complex / Larger Liquidation cases
  • Experience of managing a team of Administrators and overseeing a large portfolio of insolvency cases
  • Ambitious and career focused, keen to complete professional studies (if not already done so)
