Hours and Salary
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- £70,000 - £90,000 per annum
Description of role
- Advising clients on Finance service design, operating models and capability required to enable a future state service design. This includes what is required to operate any new technologies which are being implemented.Â
- Supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.
- Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of finance technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective.
- Leading our team to design the clients future service offering, including delivery model (e.g retained vs shared services), from design principles down to mapping of processes.Â
- Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the delivery of their transformation programme, including deployment of new technologies.Â
- Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business.
- Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.
- Working on internal process improvement projects.
Essential Criteria
- Financial Qualifications, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Experience of leading Finance transformation
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proactive, independent and self-starter
- Works with CFOs on a regular basis
