We're seeking an experienced Mixed Tax Manager to join our prestigious client's tax practice in the heart of London. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while developing your career in one of the UK's most reputable firm.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex tax advisory projects for a mixed portfolio of corporate and individual clients
- Manage and review UK corporate tax compliance processes, including corporation tax returns and computations
- Oversee private client tax matters, including personal tax returns, capital gains tax planning, and inheritance tax
- Provide technical guidance on both direct and indirect tax matters
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior tax professionals
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
- Ensure quality control and risk management procedures are followed
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions
- ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in tax
- Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate and personal tax legislation
- Experience in a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm preferred
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and client relationship management abilities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
