THE COMPANY:
Our prestigious client, a well-established UK bank, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team in a role focused on impairment model oversight and control. You'd get to work in a close-knit team that really place importance on learning and development.
THE ROLE:
- Lead the audit of the end-to-end model lifecycle, monitoring changes to models to ensure regulatory compliance
- Owning the documentation of models across the bank, including IRB, IFRS9, Scorecards and more
- Working with the independent model validation team to ensure model compliance and efficiency
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Prior experience in model risk, within the lending space
- Prior work on model audit or oversight is essential
- Any audit qualification would be desirable (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- Base salary of up to £80,000
