This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual to work closely with the leadership team, driving operational efficiency and contributing to business success. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Analysis: Contribute to data infrastructure, ensuring accurate reporting and insights across all revenue streams. Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision-making. Systems Integration: Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier to connect our various platforms (CRM, billing, customer success tools). Continuously optimise these integrations to improve efficiency. Process Optimisation: Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks in revenue processes. Document and standardise key processes to enable scalable growth. Revenue Forecasting: Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models. Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and revenue predictions. Tool Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for revenue stack, including CRM and billing systems. Manage user access, maintain data quality, and drive adoption of new features. Required Skills:

Strong proficiency with data analysis and visualisation tools
Experience with automation tools (especially Zapier)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong project management capabilities
Knowledge of CRM systems and billing platforms
