This complex programme will impact multiple operational models, and we are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale Technology Operating (Tech Ops) Model programmes within investment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a division-wide programme, ensuring successful delivery across multiple operational models.
- Oversee sourcing, people, tools, and other programme elements, with a focus on change management.
- Drive success in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating resilience and a positive approach to challenging assumptions.
- Influence senior stakeholders and the executive team to ensure alignment and progress.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex Tech Ops Model programmes within investment management.
