Our client is a nationally recognised developer with a group turnover of 1bn+. Undertaking high-volume traditional housing & high-rise apartments for the high-end of the private market.
The need now exists for an experienced Senior Cost Planner to join the team out of their head office in East London.
The position will report into the Commercial Director.
You will be required to evaluate development information in the aim to provide elemental build budgets and cost advice for the region based on current market conditions and build costs. You will provide support to the commercial department regarding cost advice and budgets on current projects. You will play an all-round key role in the pre-construction process.
It is essential you have previous experience with a well known developer / house builder.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 90k - 110k (basic) + full package & bonus.
