I am working with a top 15 Accountancy firm who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director/Partner to join their Corporate Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and extensive experience in the media industry. This is a unique opportunity to lead and grow our M&A practice, working with a diverse range of clients in the media sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage M&A transactions from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and insights.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, financial modelling, and valuation analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive M&A solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media industry.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in M&A, with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Deep understanding of the media industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
