Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee due diligence processes, financial modelling, and valuation analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive M&A solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media industry.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in M&A, with a track record of successful transactions.
- Deep understanding of the media industry and its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
