We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner to join the revenue-generating arm of this prestigious arts charity. This is a brand-new role for a newly established division within the charity, following an exciting period of change and transformation. With this fresh start comes the opportunity to shape the financial reporting architecture, ensuring the function is built for long-term success. Reporting into a high-rated Commercial Director, you will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support and guidance.

The key duties of this Senior Finance Business Partner are as follows:

  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, offering financial insights that shape business strategy.
  • Analyse historical data and create financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance.
  • Lead budget preparation and rolling forecasts, collaborating with the wider team.
  • Conduct regular reviews with budget holders, ensuring financial awareness across the organisation.
  • Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts, including income and expenditure reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting.
