The Role:

I'm seeking a top-level Senior Manager to manage a diverse and dynamic portfolio of clients. You will:

  • Engage directly with clients, attending meetings, taking notes, following up, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, delegating work effectively.
  • Handle audits, taxation, and advisory services, ensuring compliance with UK Accounting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
  • Work closely with the Partners to develop the business and progress towards Partnership.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

  • Be a fully qualified Chartered or Chartered Certified Accountant.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a UK public practice firm.
  • A general practitioner desired, however specialists in Audit, Tax or Accounts can be considered
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, 100% office-based environment.
  • Possess excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Have a proactive, positive, and well-organised approach to work.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of UK Accounting Standards, International Auditing Standards, and UK taxation.
  • Be computer literate, with experience using accounting software.
  • Be currently living in the UK with full working rights.
