Key Responsibilities:
- Redesign Client Payment Structure: Overhaul and optimize the company's payments systems, ensuring seamless integration with new technologies and platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external payment processors, ensuring that partnerships align with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Technology Integration: Leverage emerging payment technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI-driven fraud prevention) to streamline processes, improve user experience, and enhance security.
- Cross-functional Support: Work closely with the Group Treasury team to ensure payments are optimized for cash flow management and financial reporting.

- Process Improvement: Continually evaluate and refine payment workflows to drive operational efficiencies, cost savings, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in payments systems design or optimization, ideally in a multinational company or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the latest payment technologies, trends, and emerging solutions.
- Experience managing external stakeholders, including payment processors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Knowledge of treasury functions and the interplay between payment systems and cash management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
