Senior Revenue Manager – EMEAAre you ready for a senior leadership role with an intercontinental perspective? This is a rare opportunity to influence the billing and collections processes across EMEA operations for one of the world’s leading law firms. If you’re passionate about making a tangible impact and driving change, this role deserves your consideration.The Opportunity:As the Senior Revenue Manager, you will report directly to and collaborate closely with the EMEA CFO. Covering operations across the EMEA region, your role will involve shaping and refining the billing and collections function for approximately 90 staff. Your focus will be on establishing leadership across jurisdictions and ensuring alignment with best practices and shared goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Functional Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to revenue teams across EMEA, embedding best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee billing and collections processes, setting and monitoring KPIs for lock-up management, WIP reduction, and debtor days.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Build strong relationships with service centres, agreeing on shared objectives and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance working capital processes and financial reporting.
  • Compliance and Realisation: Monitor time recording compliance, analyse realisation levels, and address areas of leakage to maximise profitability.
  • Annual Rates Review: Support rate-setting processes, provide guidance on pricing, and ensure effective rollout across practice groups and jurisdictions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead on ad hoc projects, such as reviews of payment terms and write-off policies, to ensure continuous optimisation.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A thorough understanding of working capital in an international law firm and its impact on profitability.
  • Strong managerial skills and a proven track record of functional leadership in the working capital space.
  • Significant technical expertise across the full working capital management cycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills, confidence, and the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and guide teams effectively.
  • Previous supervisory experience in revenue and collections is essential.
  • Proficiency in legal finance systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
