Location: North West London/Homebased

ROLE 

We are seeking a SME PMI Insurance Account Handler to join an established insurance brokerage. The role offers hybrid working, 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional service in the healthcare insurance industry. Predominantly a renewals role with some new business. This role requires strong account handling skills and experience in Group/SME PMI risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare insurance clients
  • Assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and providing knowledgeable guidance
  • Managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy of policy information
  • Collaborating with insurance underwriters to provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Monitoring industry trends and keeping clients informed about changes in healthcare insurance regulations

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Previous experience in account handling in Group/SME private medical insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A solid understanding of healthcare insurance policies and regulations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Researching and analysing healthcare insurance market trends
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining client records and policy documentation with precision
  • Keeping abreast of changes in healthcare insurance regulations and compliance standards
