Role Responsibilities

As a Tax Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients across a range of industries, including SMEs, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients
  • Delivering tailored tax advice and strategic planning solutions
  • Reviewing and preparing complex tax computations and returns
  • Leading advisory work on matters such as R&D tax credits, corporate structuring, VAT planning, and capital allowances
  • Acting as the key contact for HMRC correspondence and resolving client queries
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to clients through tax planning and advisory projects
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing training and guidance
  • Collaborating with Partners to drive business development initiatives and secure new client work

Candidate Requirements
