As an Employment Tax Manager, you will:
- Advise clients on employment tax risk and governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage compliance, payrolling of benefits, and other key areas.
- Develop tailored tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
- Collaborate with a national network of specialists, contributing to best practices in employment tax.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
- Play an active role in business development, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- CTA qualification or equivalent, or be qualified by experience.
- Strong UK employment tax experience, with the ability to manage complex tax issues.
- A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
- Strong project management skills, with experience handling multiple client engagements.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
