Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the Claims Management System and One Workflow programmes.
- Align project governance with the Project Charter and PMO standards, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Prepare clear and concise programme/project status reports, ensuring RAG reporting is used effectively.
- Maintain the Portfolio RAID Log, identifying trends and providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Proactively manage and maintain project dependencies, escalating any risks or issues where necessary.
- Oversee the implementation of the change control process, ensuring it is followed effectively.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Strong people, organisational, communication, and financial management skills, combined with excellent project management capabilities to ensure integrity across the portfolio.
- Proven experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role within Insurance.
- Experience with both agile and waterfall project management methodologies, along with familiarity with various reporting and management tools.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Office, JIRA, Smartsheet, and other collaboration platforms.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- Experience working in a Portfolio Office and contributing to its development and maturity.
- Awareness of insurance industry processes.
