Job Description

Position: Service Delivery Manager

Location: London

Department: Fire Solutions

Salary: 45,000- 50,000 + pakage

Purpose of the Role

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through compliance, SLA, KPI adherence, and best practices in PPM and reactive repairs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Directly manage field engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for all PPM and reactive services.
  • Conduct regular audits and monitor engineer performance.
  • Manage daily scheduling and allocation of service works.
  • Recruit, mentor, and appraise staff to maintain team performance.
  • Attend client meetings and generate growth opportunities with contracted clients.
  • Collaborate across departments (Finance, HR, Purchasing, etc.).
  • Monitor and prioritize outstanding works to increase revenue.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Health & Safety

  • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others, following all relevant policies and guidelines.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in service delivery and customer care.
  • Knowledge of BS5839 and health & safety management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
