A hugely successful organisation are seeking a good all round Administrator to assist with the management of their vehicle fleet.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the management of the Company vehicle, plant servicing and logistic function

- Managing all aspects relating to the servicing of Company vehicles and plan

- Maintaining vehicle and plant files including service history records and repairs

- Recording details of all vehicle deflects and accidents that are reported

- Maintaining fuel card records, recording transactions and vehicle mileage reported

- Ensuring that all vehicles are signed out daily and vehicle keys are correctly stored
