About the Role

As part of a team of three AV professionals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology support for high-profile clients and visitors. This is more than just a technical role-you will be the first point of contact, offering white-glove service and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting VIP clients and assisting with their technology needs.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and other AV/VC systems.
  • Assist with setting up, troubleshooting, and operating AV equipment for meetings and events.
  • Work closely with internal teams and the Technical Team Lead to ensure a high standard of AV service.
  • Rotate shifts with your team across 07:00, 09:00, and 11:00 start times.

  • Experience with MTR and AV/VC technologies in a corporate setting.
