The Role:
As an AVP - Derivatives & Collateral Operations, you will play a vital role in the Collateral Management and Trade Support functions within the Derivative Operations Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of BAU and daily team tasks.
- Proactively reviewing and improving operational processes.
- Promoting a customer-centric culture and building strong relationships.
- Facilitating communication and issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Adhering to bank policies, best practises, and compliance procedures.
- Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades and development.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Previous experience in a related role.
- Knowledge of Futures margining and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of Cleared margining and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with derivative products such as CDS, IRS, CCS, Caps/Floors.
- Understanding of ISDA documentation and CSA Agreements.
- Knowledge of EMIR and relevant regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial data manipulation.
- Self-motivation, energy, flexibility, and collaboration.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- A Level education or equivalent.
