Full-Time Behaviour Mentor - Clapham Junction - April Start
A primary school in Clapham Junction is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a full-time basis starting in April. This role involves working across KS1 and KS2, supporting students with behavioural needs and helping them to engage positively in their learning.
The Role:-
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs

Implementing behaviour strategies to promote positive engagement in learning

Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to develop individual behaviour plans

Building strong relationships with pupils to help boost confidence and self-regulation

Supporting in-class learning and assisting with de-escalation techniques when necessary

A proactive and patient individual with experience working in a behaviour support role

Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies in a primary school setting

Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Previous experience supporting KS1 and KS2 students is preferred
