A leading company in the design and architecture world is searching for a dedicated and detail-driven Bid Coordinator to join their friendly, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how the company presents itself to potential clients, playing a key part in winning exciting new projects. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, bringing your creativity and organizational skills to ensure every bid submission is polished, persuasive, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking charge of the entire bid process, from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and deadlines are always met.
  • Crafting clear, compelling proposals that showcase the company’s strengths and respond perfectly to the client’s needs.
  • Collaborating with different teams across the business to gather information and ideas, turning them into top-quality bid documents.
  • Keeping a close eye on bid outcomes, providing feedback, and helping improve strategies for future successes.
  • Organizing and updating all the templates, tools, and resources needed for bid submissions, so the team is always prepared.
  • Conducting research to better understand clients, their projects, and how the company can stand out in a competitive market.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience in bid coordination or proposal management, ideally within design, architecture, or a similar sector.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A team player who enjoys working with others to create something great, while staying on top of multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field would be great, but experience is just as important!
  • APMP certification is a plus but not required.
