Our client is a dynamic and marketing leading organisation, they are dearching for a passionate and driven remote Bid Coordinator to join their Bid team. This is a remote based position. Must have experience dealing with NHS bids.

About the Role

The Bid Coordinator will support the preparation and submission of NHS bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations. You will be responsible for managing key bid documentation, ensuring timely submission, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you’ll ensure smooth and successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities for the successful Bid Coordinator

  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence via email systems and procurement portals.
  • Review tender notices to identify relevant opportunities and utilise platforms for bid submissions.
  • Maintain bid e-filing systems and ensure company information is accurate within tenders.
  • Create high-quality templates and presentations aligned with company brand guidelines.
  • Meet deadlines for bid submissions and assist with commercial administration tasks.
