Collateral Ops Analyst - Contract Position in London

I am currently supporting an investment management firm in London who are looking for a Collateral Ops Analyst on a 12-month contract. This role involves managing and analysing collateral operations to support investment strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate autonomously within the Regulatory Ops & Collateral Management team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Collateral Ops inquiries, managing and escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate collateral agreement onboarding and monitor daily and weekly oversight controls.
  • Analyse, identify inefficiencies, and improve existing collateral processes.
  • Lead and contribute to collateral projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Maintain regular communication and build trusted relationships across the organisation.
  • Think innovatively to solve routine problems and maintain a results-oriented focus.
Qualifications:
  • Strong academic background, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Middle Office activities and Regulatory topics within Asset Management.
  • Excellent technical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
