Summary:

Sitting within the Global Total Rewards Team, the Compensation Analyst will work closely with the wider project team to support the delivery of the EU Pay Transparency Directive project. The role will support project delivery by leading on data management and analysis activities, including review of compensation data and job alignment. This project will also work closely with the Career Framework project team, to eliminate duplication of effort and avoid conflicting approaches.

Responsibilities:

The Role

  • Coordinate the pay transparency data collection process
  • Perform complex analysis, create summary dashboards and perform modelling, drawing insights to support decision-making
  • Act as the first point of contact for data queries
  • Support the project team with data analysis & review requests

Requirements:

The Requirements

  • Experience in HR, preferably in a Total Rewards function or HR Reporting/Analytics
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate data and identify and present insights
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to handle and model large quantities of data
  • Ability to work independently and seek support when required
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts

Desirable

  • Experience working remotely in a global organisation
  • Advanced analytics or reporting skills (eg PowerBI)
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
