Abbatt Property Recruitment are recruiting for a Day Porter on behalf of one of London's leading Property Management agents. Their services specialise within the Residential industry and have been for over 30 years. This family business has offered a bespoke service, with partners and a supporting team fully committed to creating a positive experience for clients.

The ideal candidate,

  • Will hold residential experience and have the ability to offer a hands on approach to all tasks below.

Responsibilities

  • Handling keys
  • Ensuring the communal areas are kept neat and tidy including the front desk
  • Building patrols - to ensure the security of the development
  • Sweeping and mopping
  • Assist the cleaner on site with removal of bin waste to the collection point
  • Alarm and emergency light testing
  • Oversee contractors onsite
  • Check garages, boiler rooms and tank room
  • Basic maintenance jobs (ie changing a light bulb and change fuses)
  • Checking fire doors - Training will be provided
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Report any hazards to the appropriate person
