In this pivotal and hands-on role, youll shape the direction and day-to-day brilliance of all F&B operations, ensuring every guest experience is memorable, seamless, and unmistakably five-star.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Leading & Inspiring:Attract, nurture, and empower a passionate F&B team. Create a culture where excellence is expected-and careers can flourish.
- Strategic Direction:Bring fresh ideas and bold thinking to the table, continuously evolving our culinary vision and service standards.
- Guest Experience:Champion a guest-first mindset, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations at every turn.
- Operational Oversight:Manage a small dynamic of outlets-from elegant dining room to a buzzing rooftop bar, in-room dining, and sophisticated event spaces.
- Financial Acumen:Collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager to deliver on budgets, drive revenue, and optimise costs-all without compromising on quality.
- Excellence in Execution:Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and five-star service across every aspect of the operation.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent inEnglish with the full and legal right to work in the UK.
- A proven track record in luxury food & beverage leadership in London, ideally within well known 5-star properties.
- Longevity within previous roles.
- Strong financial skills with a sharp eye on revenue and cost control.
- A natural leader and communicator-able to energise, engage, and motivate at every level.
- Creative flair and a passion for curating unforgettable dining and drinking experiences.
