Job description

Your key responsibilities as the Floor Manager will consist of:

  • Ensure all function rooms and events are set up prior to service time
  • Ensure constant replenishment of buffets throughout service
  • Ensure attractive presentation of food throughout service
  • Ensure the smooth running of all morning and evening services as required
  • Ensure that all policies, procedural requirements and legislation of both client and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
  • Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis
  • Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high quality service
Skills & Experience

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Floor Manager include:

  • Experience working on multiple events
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Effective communication
