Global Head of End User Support London to £150k+
Are you an experienced technology leader within trading / financial services?
You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a hugely profitable Hedge Fund.
As the Global Head of End User Support you'll remain hands-on whilst managing a team of 10 Engineers, across the London, New York and Singapore offices. You'll provide mentoring, developing and implementing strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient support operations whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and excellence within the team.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the end user support function, implement and monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations and provide technical expertise and guidance on complex technical issues and escalations. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams across the business to ensure seamless integration and support of trading systems and applications, developing and executing a strategic product roadmap.
Location / WFH:
You'll join colleagues in prestigious Central London offices (with onsite restaurant, gym etc.) with flexibility to work from home once a week.
About you:
- You have experience in a similar End User Support leadership role
- You have a strong background in supporting users on trading systems (buy-side or sell-side) and have a deep understanding of trading environments including trading systems, applications and compliance requirements
- You have experience of managing a globally dispersed team, with excellent leadership, mentoring and culture skills
- You have technical expertise in PC support, networking and troubleshooting
- You have advanced analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
- You are degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in Information Technology or Computer Science
