We are looking for an experienced hairdressing professional to join our client, a specialist Hair & Beauty training provider. As a Hairdressing Educatoryou will deliver quality-driven apprenticeship programmes to their academy-based apprentices, training them to be industry-leading hairdressers. You'll also support apprentices with functional skills, reviews and assessments helping them build an exceptional career and achieve their full potential!

Key Responsibilities

Deliver level 2 & 3 Hairdressing Apprenticeship programmes
Develop ILP and execute engaging teaching sessions
Offer advice, guidance and support to students throughout their learning experience
Monitor learners progress including reviews and assessments
Support with functional skills

Essential Requirements

NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Hairdressing
Strong occupational background in Hairdressing Industry
Assessing/teaching qualifications
Previous experience of working/ teaching apprentices
Hold a full UK driving license
