The Company
This is a well-known fashion retailer looking for a leader to implement and manage the loyalty program.
THE ROLE
As a Head of CRM, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Develop and execute our UK & International customer retention strategy, driving improvements in customer retention, frequency and lifetime value to deliver business success.
- Own the loyalty strategy including customer segmentation, reward incentives and programme benefits to ensure that it delivers profitable customer value growth from members
- Manage the customer forecasting and budget process
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative & Product teams to ensure the CRM comms bring the brand and product to life to deliver commercial success.
Your Skills And Experience
- Extensive loyalty experience
- Previous experience working with a large customer base and loyalty scheme
- Ideal backgrounds in fashion/retail/ecommerce
