Head of Digital Transformation - CompEx CertificationSalary: Up to £75k (dependent on skills and experience)Location: Homebased with regular UK travel and occasional international travel

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Transformation to lead digital initiatives for a leading certification organization. This pivotal role is responsible for driving digital transformation strategies, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing stakeholder experiences over the next five years. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role offers the chance to lead innovative digital projects and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of its industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline internal operations and improve external stakeholder experiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather insights, ensuring that solutions meet candidate, employer, and regulator needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Technology Adoption: Identify and implement scalable digital tools and platforms, with a focus on improving user experience and leveraging data-driven decision-making.
  • Change Management: Drive the adoption of new digital practices, developing communication, training, and support mechanisms for smooth transitions.
  • Data & ROI: Use data analytics to measure the impact of digital initiatives and manage investments to ensure a material return.
  • Innovation & Compliance: Stay informed on emerging technologies, promoting innovation while ensuring compliance with data security and industry standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating business needs into digital solutions.
  • Experience implementing and managing digital platforms, with a focus on scalability and user experience.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
  • Master's degree in Digital Transformation or MBA.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in certification, training, or technical standards industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies and CRM systems.
