- Lead on all new and existing client engagement activity, across a defined market sector, for our client’s strategic accounts. Developing existing relationships and identifying / winning new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our client’s business and culture, nurturing relationships with key decision makers, to strengthen awareness of their business requirements and maximise all opportunities for growth.
- Identify and engage with businesses through a variety of proactive approaches to include producing and delivering sales propositions / presentations, attending events, meetings and calls.
- Drive commercial growth opportunities
- Responsible for leading and managing a team – managing performance, activity and targets
- Deliver against key business objectives and achieve targets.
- Proven experience of working within strategic Partnerships / Business Development within the Apprenticeship sector, aligned to Tech Media and Telecommunications.
- Driven sales leader who has a strong understanding of Apprenticeship sales / funded training landscape.
- Proven experience of developing strategic relationships, influencing and negotiating at a senior level to secure new business
- Excellent communication, presentation, I.T, written and verbal skills.
