We are looking for an ambitious and inspiring Teacher of Geography or someone who is already Head of Geography to expand our team.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the Geography department to ensure excellence in teaching, efficient resource utilization, and enhanced learning outcomes and achievement for all students.
- Teach Geography across all age groups, KS3 - KS5
- Collaborate with subject staff to design, implement, and refine schemes of work that align with key school learning strategies.
- Monitor teaching and learning, tracking student progress to ensure all learners, including those needing extra support or greater challenge, are engaged and achieving their potential.
- Lead curriculum development to deliver a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective programme that meets student needs.
About You:
- Obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Qualification related to Geography.
- Evidence of high level classroom skills.
