My client is a leading FX brokerage firm specialising in providing innovative trading solutions to clients worldwide. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Revenue to drive the revenue growth and optimise monetisation strategies.

The Role:

The Head of Revenue will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for the business. This role requires a deep understanding of the FX industry, revenue streams, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal Head of Revenue will work closely with the key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to maximise revenue opportunities and enhance the company’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Review and set revenue targets and KPIs for front-office and in-platform sales in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Identify and optimise key revenue streams, including spreads, commissions, fees, and other monetization avenues.
  • Lead and manage the front office and platform sales teams to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Analyse market trends, client behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Work closely with product and technology teams to enhance trading platforms and customer experience.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with liquidity providers, institutional clients, and affiliates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Ideal Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a head of revenue or senior revenue-focused role within the FX brokerage industry.
  • Strong understanding of FX trading, market structures, and revenue models.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with CRM, trading platforms, and revenue optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
