Maintenance Planner
  • Job Type: Full-time. Permanent
  • Hour of Work: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

  • Location: Waltham Forest. Fully office based. 

We are seeking a dedicated Planner to join a family run contractor, providing exceptional repairs and servicing administration. This role and involves dealing with enquiries, liaising with tenants and clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from tenants and clients professionally and promptly..
  • Allocate daily workloads to engineers and make appointments for gas, electric, and plumbing jobs.
  • Monitor progress of works, book further works, provide quotes, and ensure financial completion of jobs.
  • Invoice jobs to the correct clients and distribute gas and electrical certification as required.
  • Order parts in advance to ensure smooth service delivery and minimise recall access rate.
  • Confirm appointments to reduce no access rate and log parts for easy pick-up.
  • Reach KPIs and SLAs in line with business contracts and perform other duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience within a customer service
  • Experience in social housing 
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
