Our client requires an experienced HR & Reward Coordinator to join their brilliant team. You will be from a media, tech or digital background and keen to join a proactive team in a successful entertainment business. This is a great opportunity for someone dedicated and experienced who is always looking for new ways to do things and improve process, with a particular focus on digitalisation.

Duties:

HR Support

  • Manage all colleague paperwork from onboarding to offboarding, including reference requests and Right to Work checks.

  • Develop and oversee processes to track colleague changes for monthly payroll (e.g., Starters, Movers, Leavers tracker; org chart updates; payroll input).

  • Own the new joiner and leaver processes, coordinating with IT, Workplace, and other teams as needed. Lead HR inductions for new colleagues and conduct exit interviews when required.

  • Raise purchase orders (POs) as needed.

  • Act as the superuser for the HR system, updating colleague details and addressing platform queries.

  • Distribute weekly starters, leavers, and movers updates to relevant internal teams.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR and payroll inquiries, managing the HR inbox and escalating queries when necessary.

  • Curate content, create, and distribute the weekly HR newsletter.

  • Maintain and update HR content on the company intranet.

Payroll & Reward

  • Oversee the monthly payroll processing for both staff and worker payrolls, including data entry into the HR system and liaising with the outsourced payroll bureau.

  • Assist in reconciling the monthly worker payroll.

  • Manage and process third-party payroll reports (e.g., pensions, PMI).

  • Oversee annual P11D reporting.

  • Support the annual benefits renewal process, including updating documentation, colleague communications, and processing benefit changes.

  • Generate and analyze periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc) for People, Pay Gap, and D&I tracking.

  • Handle first-line payroll and benefits queries, including P45s, P60s, and payslips.

  • Serve as the go-to expert for the internal system, managing day-to-day queries and system upgrades.

  • Administer colleague recognition schemes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in HR/Reward

  • Experience in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • HR Systems Proficiency
