Macmillan Davies is delighted to be partnering with a media consultant firm looking for a HR Assistant to join their HR team and play crucial role in supporting the workforce. This is a small team covering a wide remit and we are looking for a team player willing to get involved in various aspects of HR. The successful candidate will have previous HR experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a growing and dynamic environment.Some of the main duties include:

On boarding - preparation of all documentation, complete / manage onboarding tasks on the HRIS, schedule inductions and probation management

Off-boarding - preparation of all documentation, complete / manage off-boarding tasks and schedule exit interviews

Preparation of documentation for promotions, pay-increases and bonuses including updating the HRIS

Management of length of service awards

Compile and prepare monthly HR reports for Management and Board meetings

This role is based in Central London and will require someone onsite 3 days per week. This is a temporary opportunity with a chance to convert to permanent in the future.
