We’re recruiting for a highly successful Property Company in Central London who are looking for an experienced HR Assistant - generalist role - to join their small busy team. You’ll be supporting the HR Director with a wide variety of duties taking ownership of all aspects of recruitment including: creating and posting job adverts, arranging interviews, arranging background checks, issuing offer letters and contracts, carrying out inductions as well as involvement with exit interviews and managing the HR inbox. There will also be the opportunity of being involved with various projects that are all HR and company related.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the onboarding process for new employees (and offboarding processes) are carried out to a high standard
  • Candidate resourcing and talent acquisition
  • Coordinating inductions
  • Handling learning and development queries and administration
  • Producing regular reports and data analysis
  • Note taking in meetings
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Helping to provide improvements across HR admin processes
  • Drafting paperwork e.g. changes to terms, leave etc

Skills required:

  • Recent HR Administration experience along with knowledge of HR systems
  • CIPD qualification or working towards completing this
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Friendly and approachable manner
  • Desire to provide an excellent service to your colleagues
